Solutions for vibrating screens

We offer solutions in the field of monitoring and diagnostics of inertial screens for two categories of consumers: operating organizations (enrichment factories, open pits) and screen manufacturers.

The main product for inertial screens is our development - VSMS (Vibrating Screen Monitoring System), which includes wireless stand-alone vibration sensors that do not require external power, as well as a measuring unit.

The VSMS system can control the technological parameters of the screen, as well as diagnose mechanical defects.

The technological parameters include: the amplitude and trajectory of the vibrations of the screen, overload / underload of the screen, uneven loading of the screening surface.

Diagnostic defects involve: condition of support springs, screen body and vibration exciters.
